Today Sadly, we find a very few sincere experts who work on the human body wholistically. Its an age of consumerism where even health, which is from the vital interest of the people, has become a commodity and patients are dealt as mere customers.<\/p>

In these times, I am obliged but to mention the Name of Hakeem Syed Rehan Alam whose name shines as someone who knows his work, is passionate about it and who keeps this centuries-long legacy of Muslim-healthcare practitioners still alive. He is the third generation in the family of renowned Hakeems alhamdulillah.<\/p>

I am personally a big fan of this way of reaching to the cure primarily through diet and balancing the body through the use of age long tried and tested herbs. It helps one appreciate the wonders with which Allah swt created the human body.<\/p>

Lately my elder son, Ibrahim Irfan who is 18 years of age, suddenly started showing symptoms of severe back ache, fever, vomits and lack of appetite. Within 4 days the situation got worse. Alhmdulillah being linked with this way of cure, Hakeem Rehan, through the morning urine sample, specified that it seemed to him that his Liver was affected. He advised us for Liver Enzymes tests for our reassurance and I must say that the reports were quite disturbing. See Picture 1. They were bad enough to rush him to the hospital and anyone could make out that his condition, physically was not good. He had signs of severe Jaundice.<\/p>

This was but a true test of our trust and confidence in this system of Cure. Alhamdulillah as parents we took the decision to stick to this Natural way of healing. I must mention here the love, care and concern that Ibrahim received from Hakeem Rehan, which was so essential for him to even give his best & heal. A lot of cooperation from the patient is also required but it was only made possible by the loving affection of Hakeem Sahab.<\/p>

Ibrahim\u2019s case was not a very straightforward one. He had been never been on medicines earlier & is an otherwise healthy individual but to see him crash to the extent that his father had to take him to the washroom and that he had to offer Salah in bed was quite disturbing. His platelets were on the lower side initially as seen in Pic 2 but later on the 12th day of the disease they further dipped to an alarming level. But alhamdulillah just within days of taking medicines and strictly following the diet the platelets increased at the rate of 30k per day alhamdulillah. Access to a correct diagnosis has been made so difficult. It is surprising that we have been deprived of the centuries long legacy that Muslim physicians once upheld. We are deprived of this idea of getting cured by diet. This was an age long idea which we find in our Islamic text.<\/p>

Today these ideas have become alien. But I believe that more people need to know about this. This sort of knowledge needs state supervision as it happened for centuries, under which it flourished. It needs more of our younger generation to come up and take it as their noble profession, more research done in this. And believe me it would be worth it, for our future generations. It\u2019s the legacy of Muslims who adopted from the Greeks but made valuable additions to this. May Allah swt reward Hakeem Syed Rehan Alam best for trying to keep it alive. I had been suffering with mastitis for around two months. My right breast was severely inflamed with multiple lumps. Initially, it was diagnosed by gynecologists as mastitis due to infection. I was given antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and painkillers and told to do warm compresses while expressing the milk either by hand or with a pump. Doctors ordered ultrasounds as well, which showed lumps in the right breast resulting in mastitis. I was told the lumps would go away after a seven day course of antibiotics and expressing but the lumps remained intact. I also continuously would hand express since the clogging was so severe, it wouldn\u2019t allow me to pump. For a month and a half, I continued this painful process of warm compresses, saline water soaking, and hand expressing. All my efforts were futile and my breast became reinfected with lumps. I went to another gynecologist and she gave me antibiotics again. I tried to explain that antibiotics weren\u2019t fixing the problem. But she didn\u2019t listen to my problem and gave me the same treatment all over again with the same exact medicines. I started another course of antibiotics and it wasn\u2019t having any effect. Out of desperation I went towards homeopathy again and tried those medicines as well. A few days later I started having clogging in my left breast as well which lead me to a breast surgeon as well and she also denied the issue. I had already gone to the best hospital in the city and tried three different gynecologists. Being a doctor\u2019s daughter myself, I have spent my entire life relying on science. My name is Shahzaib, I am 24-Year-old Finance Executive from Karachi, Today I want to share my experience with all of you. Everything was fine in my life, there was no mishap but in month of December I had a pain on my shoulder so I just went to doctor for regular checkup. He Injected me a Pain killer. Which relief me from pain in just 15 minutes, but after Two days I start feeling Pain in my back. I went to another clinic; He also injected a pain killer without any analysis of cause of pain, After that Injection I started to feel that I would Vomit, and When I reached home , I started Vomiting, Pain killer worked and I got relief from Pain but That was just for Eighteen hours, After that I started to feel pain in my back and Kidney , When I informed Doctor he wrote me Test of Urine DR and also Inject another pain killer for relief, but Pain killer only gave me twelve hours of relief. I got my Test result from Citi Lab during this time.<\/p>

When Next Day I contacted my doctor, he said you have Infection in your kidney, I would inject drip and you would be Ok, But It didn\u2019t help me, however report was showing High Increase of protein in Urine, Which is clearly a symptom of kidney was not functioning well, However I was in continuous pain, and my family was also worried about me, Thereafter my Father in Law told me to visit Hakeem Rehan Alam and he claimed that he also had Kidney problem which was cured by Hakeem Sb. Finding no other way I visited at Hakeem Rehan sb. He checked my Urine sample and reports, and asked me other reports from Aga Khan and DOW Lab for knowing the seriousness of matter, I got report result after four days which are as Follows. After getting report, I asked my parents to go to Hakeem sb to ask if this is serious problem , however I have informed by DOW Hospital that situation is too serious, I need to get admitted into Hospital for Dialysis in priority basis, After watching report, Hakeem sb was also concern, As report was showing that my creatinine level is so high and also have high protein in Urine, which is clearly a symptoms of Kidney failure, When my parents come to know that they were more concerned about the issue, However Hakeem sb said them for Ultrasound before start of treatment, If ultrasound would Show that my kidney has not contracted yet , he would Start my treatment otherwise he would recommend me to SIUT, Alhamdullilah I got Ultrasound which shows that Kidney has not contracted yet so Hakeem sb started my treatment, He said I would try my best, But It\u2019s only Allah who can cure diseases, But you have to follow my advice. You have to eat what I would say, and you should not eat what I stop you to eat, after that He gave me one week of medicine and said me to visit after a week with Urine sample, After a week he checked me, and give one more week medicine and said me after finishing that repeat those tests again to check improvement, He add CBC Test to know further about my health, and When after a week I did those test, the result was shocking.<\/p>

Level of Creatinine had decreased, it has gone from 4.3 to 0.8 which is above the expectation result, All other result are at level, When I visited to him with report, He said Thanks to God who has cure you disease, Thanks to your parents who prayed for you, But without any doubt the major reason of my health and cure is Hakeem sb medicines and Diet Instruction.<\/p>

It has been Month now and I am leaving healthy and pain free life, my faith on Allah has been increased since then, and I can assure that Hikmat is better than allopathy. And It\u2019s my advice for everyone that one should avoid allopathic medicine as those medicine has worst side effect and cause serious issue.<\/p>

Assalam o aliakum
I had reached the doors of the Matab of Hakim Syed Rehan Alam back in March 2017. Little did I know, that my first ever experience of a Hakim, would be a lifestyle changer and like a breeze of fresh air.
It opened the doors to this fabulous method of cure which for centuries had been practiced by Muslims. For me the idea of gaining an overall body balance and cure merely by diet was simply thrilling. Never knew that every human has his\/her own tempremant and that they are to eat accordingly.
Over a period of 6 years I had been diagnosed and misdiagnosed with bursitis, fibrmyalgia, gout, spondyloarthropathy etc and finally was told that its Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Being a very obedient and naive patient i did what the doctors suggested. Let me tell u I visited the top orthopedics and rheumatologists and neurologist of karachi. During this time i was also suggested gabapentin and SSRIs and a combination of antidepressants etc for pain management. After taking those for 2 months i felt zombie and finally gave up on commercialized doctors and their diagnosis. In this period i had to go through an emergency hytrectomy during a hernia repair surgery in 2016.
When i reached the Matab, I only mentioned my ailment related to rhuematoid arthritis but ofcourse as the Nabz(pulse) says it all. Hakim Rehan suggested diet changes and offered herbal medicines which i took over a peroid of 4 months with some gaps. I could see it working no doubt alhamdulillah. My inflammation decreasing was now so obvious. Even symptoms of hystrectomy were catered and i felt young. I had a comprimised immunity with very frequent cold attacks and tiredness previously which were also solved alhamdulillah.
This process was slow and gradual and finally after 9 months it was all more obvious. One has to be patient i must say, as all quick fixes are just temporary. Winters previously were very harsh for me as far as bone pain is concerned but surprisingly the winters of 2017 were such a difference.
I can now say at the age of 41, that i understand my body better. Diet was the key element. Believing in this natural method of cure did wonders alhamdulillah. Hakim Syed Rehan Alam is now a trusted name for my family and friends. May Allah reward him.

In June 2016, I was diagnosed at the Agha Khan hospital with Wegners Granulomatosis (GPA), a rare auto immune disorder. Both my ear drums perforated, there was bleeding from my mouth, nose and eyes. I would not be able to get up from the bed because the head aches were so so severe. By the rules of Western medicine, this is a potentially fatal illness and I was given heavy dosages of steroid and morphine for 2 year and I practically spent two years in and out of a hospital. My body weight was up by 20kilos. I lost my hearing and partial eye sight, and guess what\u2026. I needed to continue to earn my own bread! My employer who was kind in the beginning, started becoming unkind too, and I couldn\u2019t blame them for the worth that I had become for them.This was the most debilitating condition and the most desperate of my circumstances. I simultaneously developed acute Rheumatoid Artheritis. I knew western medicine had failed, so I tried ayurved and homeopathy. They helped, but I was still very very sick every day. The pain in my skull bone was intense an my Trigeminal nerve was said to be damaged.<\/p>

I was referred to Hakeem Rehan Alam. Since I was already skeptical of any western medication I was drawn towards Unani medicine. When I spoke to him, he was so confident of the treatment he could offer and I finally felt hopeful. In 3 weeks time I found my self a good 70% better. Now after 8 weeks of treatment, I am free of any symptoms and live a normal life, except that i stopped eating food that he advised not to. I have my cheat days which I very subtly mention to him when I see him.<\/p>

The point is, us Muslims have been overwhelmed by the glamour of western medicine when our own ancestors must have been so so wise..

I had cough and and fever for a longer time, which resulted in weakness and breathing problems. Upon investigation (X-Rays report dated 7th Sep 2017) a renowned chest specialist found it to be Fibrosis. The diagnosis and prognosis resulted in Heavy medication including a very high power inhaler (25\/250). \u2018Fibrosis\u2019 is considered to be INCURABLE (as per my physician \u2013 the chest specialist).<\/p>

I have been consulting Sahibzada Hakeem Syed Rehan Alam Sahib and his father Hakeem Syed Saeed Alam Sahib for over a decade, for multiple ailments, and sometimes as a last resort when no other mode of medication works.<\/p>

Prior to starting any bombastic medication, in a very depressive mode, I went to consulting Hakeem Sahib. I had trust in his treatment as well as in his intentions. Medicine is given only when he considers necessary and that also for a specifically identified period, which is usually not very long. By the Grace of Allah and with medication and precautions (perhez) advised by Hakeem sb, my recent X-Ray report dated 1st Nov 2017, from a reputed lab has shown NO traces of Fibrosis. Taseer Jilani ( Hemiplegia )<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

Assalam-o-Alaikum! My name is Taseer Jilani, and my age is 53 years. In Feb 2012, one day I was performing wudu for Isha prayer when I started feeling cold \u2026.. so cold that I couldn\u2019t bear it, and I started to scream. My family members came over and as my son helped me sit down, I was shivering uncontrollably. Once my condition stabilized a bit, I started to feel that I was going to fall on my right side. Somehow the night passed, and in the morning, [as I could not speak or walk properly], I was taken to the hospital. When my younger sister visited me at the hospital, she was adamant that my treatment must be overseen by an herbal medicine practitioner [and not an allopathic doctor].<\/p>

Next day, I was taken to Ibn-e-Sina Dawakhana at Aisha Manzil [Federal B Area, Karachi]. I met with its head, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Saeed Alam, and his son, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam. At that time I was still not able to walk properly. When he [Hakeem Syed Muhammad Saeed Alam] examined my condition, he said that he was giving me a week\u2019s dose of herbal medicines and that inshallah I should be able to walk normally soon. I took the medication for a week, and just as he predicted, I was able to walk normally into his matab for my follow-up. I also felt much more energized than earlier. Hakeem sahab examined me and said that I don\u2019t need any more medicine as I seem to be recovering just fine. I also felt very normal.<\/p>

Anyways, that was 2012.<\/p>

On October 19, 2015, I was sitting at my desk working in my office. I started to feel strange. I couldn\u2019t figure out what was happening. I placed my head on my desk. My colleague asked me why was I resting my head on the desk like that. I couldn\u2019t explain him properly. He thought that I might be suffering from a heart attack and took me to a hospital. We went to the cardio ward where I was told that I was not suffering a heart attack but, in fact, a paralytic stroke; and I was referred to the relevant medical ward.<\/p>

During this time, my son had also arrived. He immediately contacted Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam and explained my situation to him. Hakeem Rehan directed my son to bring me to him in two days. He also told him to keep me under close supervision during this time and to feed me pure honey in lukewarm water every two hours.<\/p>

I don\u2019t remember what happened during those two days. After two days, I was taken to his matab in a semi conscious state in an ambulance. Hakeem Rehan examined me and initiated my treatment with a weeklong herbal regimen. He told me to come back for a follow-up after seven days. I came home and began his treatment plan. Right away, I started to see improvement in my condition. Soon I was able to walk a bit; which I was not able to earlier. I saw Hakeem Rehan again the following week. He prescribed more medicines for the next seven days. After a second week of herbal treatment, I noticed significant improvements in my condition. In addition to now being able to walk [almost normally], I also felt that the strength in my affected hand was recovering fast and my speech, which was hard to understand by my family since the attack, also started to become more coherent and almost normal. I continued the treatment for another week.<\/p>

After three weeks I was doing great as I was now able to normally walk, move my hands and feet, and talk etc. In fact, I can say that my condition had improved 98%. I went for a follow-up and I was told by Hakeem Rehan that he is not going to give me any more medicines for now and that I should check back with him in two weeks. When I visited his matab again in two weeks time, Hakeem Rehan gave me medication for another week and stated that it is more as a precaution rather than an immediate requirement. I took the meds as directed and saw him again the following week, at which point, he gave me clean bill of health. I genuinely felt perfectly alright.<\/p>

After that I took some time off from work. In January 2016, when I rejoined my work, my colleague, who had earlier seen me in my debilitating condition previous October, could not believe that I had suffered a paralytic stroke, one that had left me without the ability to speak or to walk.<\/p>

Today, by the grace and blessing of Allah (SWT), and the support, special care, and attention of my tabib, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam, Alhamdolillah! Summa Alhamdolillah! I am perfectly alright. No one can look at me today and say that I had suffered such an extreme paralysis attack. [During my illness] My memory had gotten wiped out temporarily, and I didn\u2019t know what was happening, I was delirious. Alhamdolillah! I am alright today. I am grateful to Allah (SWT) and to my tabib who worked hard to heal me, giving me the right medicine at the right time.<\/p>

I am telling you all that God forbid should anyone suffer from a paralysis attack, its ideal treatment is not in allopathy but in herbal medicine. There is no better treatment than herbal treatment.<\/p>

First of all thanks to Almighty Allah who is the merciful. As you can see from the pictures, I was suffering from a severe skin disease. Initially, they started as small spots on my body so I went to the doctors in Riyadh to get it treated. Initially, it was diagnosed by gynecologists as mastitis due to infection. I was given antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and painkillers and told to do warm compresses while expressing the milk either by hand or with a pump. Doctors ordered ultrasounds as well, which showed lumps in the right breast resulting in mastitis. I was told the lumps would go away after a seven day course of antibiotics and expressing but the lumps remained intact. During the follow up, when the gynecologist saw the lumps were still there she just increased the seven day course to ten days; increasing the course didn\u2019t heal my breast either. I noticed that I also had a milk blister\/bleb on my nipple and I thought that was the reason for my mastitis because it was clogging my milk ducts. Out of desperation, I turned to homeopathy and I was given drops that would temporarily make the lumps go away. I also continuously would hand express since the clogging was so severe, it wouldn\u2019t allow me to pump. For a month and a half, I continued this painful process of warm compresses, saline water soaking, and hand expressing. All my efforts were futile and my breast became reinfected with lumps.
