Since patient was not able to come for a physical evaluation in person, she was evaluated remotely via phone etc. Basic necessary tests were prescribed to better understand the situation. Abdomen Ultrasound, LFT, Blood CP, and HBA1C tests were performed. Patient had a low hemoglobin level. LFT results were 4 x Normal. HBA1C was showing higher sugar levels. Ultrasound confirmed Liver, Spleen, Gall Bladder abnormalities.

Exact humor imbalance was identified and the patient was put on a controlled diet along with a treatment plan involving relevant Unani medicines comprising of up to fifty herbs and other materials.

After three weeks, results were so much better that the doctors in the United States retracted their recommendation for Liver Transplant. Patients LFT test started to normalize within a short period and in ten days started showing strong signs of recovery.
