Background:

Since patient was not able to come for a physical evaluation in person, she was evaluated remotely via phone etc. Basic necessary tests were prescribed to better understand the situation. Abdomen Ultrasound, LFT, Blood CP, and HBA1C tests were performed. Patient had a low hemoglobin level. LFT results were 4 x Normal. HBA1C was showing higher sugar levels.
