In June 2016, I was diagnosed at the Agha Khan hospital with Wegners Granulomatosis (GPA), a rare auto immune disorder. Both my ear drums perforated, there was bleeding from my mouth, nose and eyes. I would not be able to get up from the bed because the head aches were so so severe. By the rules of Western medicine, this is a potentially fatal illness and I was given heavy dosages of steroid and morphine for 2 year and I practically spent two years in and out of a hospital. My body weight was up by 20kilos. I lost my hearing and partial eye sight, and guess what…. I needed to continue to earn my own bread! My employer who was kind in the beginning, started becoming unkind too, and I couldn’t blame them for the worth that I had become for them.This was the most debilitating condition and the most desperate of my circumstances. I simultaneously developed acute Rheumatoid Artheritis. I knew western medicine had failed, so I tried ayurved and homeopathy. They helped, but I was still very very sick every day. The pain in my skull bone was intense an my Trigeminal nerve was said to be damaged.

I was referred to Hakeem Rehan Alam. Since I was already skeptical of any western medication I was drawn towards Unani medicine. I had cough and and fever for a longer time, which resulted in weakness and breathing problems. Upon investigation (X-Rays report dated 7^th Sep 2017) a renowned chest specialist found it to be Fibrosis. The diagnosis and prognosis resulted in Heavy medication including a very high power inhaler (25/250). ‘Fibrosis’ is considered to be INCURABLE (as per my physician – the chest specialist).

I have been consulting Sahibzada Hakeem Syed Rehan Alam Sahib and his father Hakeem Syed Saeed Alam Sahib for over a decade, for multiple ailments, and sometimes as a last resort when no other mode of medication works.

Prior to starting any bombastic medication, in a very depressive mode, I went to consulting Hakeem Sahib. I had trust in his treatment as well as in his intentions. By the Grace of Allah and with medication and precautions (perhez) advised by Hakeem sb, my recent X-Ray report dated 1^st Nov 2017, from a reputed lab has shown NO traces of Fibrosis. Assalam-o-Alaikum! My name is Taseer Jilani, and my age is 53 years. In Feb 2012, one day I was performing wudu for Isha prayer when I started feeling cold ….. so cold that I couldn’t bear it, and I started to scream. My family members came over and as my son helped me sit down, I was shivering uncontrollably. Once my condition stabilized a bit, I started to feel that I was going to fall on my right side. Somehow the night passed, and in the morning, [as I could not speak or walk properly], I was taken to the hospital. When my younger sister visited me at the hospital, she was adamant that my treatment must be overseen by an herbal medicine practitioner [and not an allopathic doctor].

Next day, I was taken to Ibn-e-Sina Dawakhana at Aisha Manzil [Federal B Area, Karachi]. I met with its head, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Saeed Alam, and his son, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam. At that time I was still not able to walk properly. When he [Hakeem Syed Muhammad Saeed Alam] examined my condition, he said that he was giving me a week’s dose of herbal medicines and that inshallah I should be able to walk normally soon. I took the medication for a week, and just as he predicted, I was able to walk normally into his matab for my follow-up. I also felt much more energized than earlier. Hakeem sahab examined me and said that I don’t need any more medicine as I seem to be recovering just fine. I also felt very normal.

Anyways, that was 2012.

On October 19, 2015, I was sitting at my desk working in my office. I started to feel strange. I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I placed my head on my desk. My colleague asked me why was I resting my head on the desk like that. I couldn’t explain him properly. He thought that I might be suffering from a heart attack and took me to a hospital. We went to the cardio ward where I was told that I was not suffering a heart attack but, in fact, a paralytic stroke; and I was referred to the relevant medical ward.

During this time, my son had also arrived. He immediately contacted Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam and explained my situation to him. Hakeem Rehan directed my son to bring me to him in two days. He also told him to keep me under close supervision during this time and to feed me pure honey in lukewarm water every two hours.

I don’t remember what happened during those two days. After two days, I was taken to his matab in a semi conscious state in an ambulance. Hakeem Rehan examined me and initiated my treatment with a weeklong herbal regimen. He told me to come back for a follow-up after seven days. I came home and began his treatment plan. Right away, I started to see improvement in my condition. Soon I was able to walk a bit; which I was not able to earlier. I saw Hakeem Rehan again the following week. He prescribed more medicines for the next seven days. After a second week of herbal treatment, I noticed significant improvements in my condition. In addition to now being able to walk [almost normally], I also felt that the strength in my affected hand was recovering fast and my speech, which was hard to understand by my family since the attack, also started to become more coherent and almost normal. I continued the treatment for another week.

After three weeks I was doing great as I was now able to normally walk, move my hands and feet, and talk etc. In fact, I can say that my condition had improved 98%. I went for a follow-up and I was told by Hakeem Rehan that he is not going to give me any more medicines for now and that I should check back with him in two weeks. When I visited his matab again in two weeks time, Hakeem Rehan gave me medication for another week and stated that it is more as a precaution rather than an immediate requirement. I took the meds as directed and saw him again the following week, at which point, he gave me clean bill of health. I genuinely felt perfectly alright.

After that I took some time off from work. In January 2016, when I rejoined my work, my colleague, who had earlier seen me in my debilitating condition previous October, could not believe that I had suffered a paralytic stroke, one that had left me without the ability to speak or to walk.

Today, by the grace and blessing of Allah (SWT), and the support, special care, and attention of my tabib, Hakeem Syed Muhammad Rehan Alam, Alhamdolillah! Summa Alhamdolillah! I am perfectly alright. No one can look at me today and say that I had suffered such an extreme paralysis attack. [During my illness] My memory had gotten wiped out temporarily, and I didn’t know what was happening, I was delirious. Alhamdolillah! I am alright today. I am grateful to Allah (SWT) and to my tabib who worked hard to heal me, giving me the right medicine at the right time.

I am telling you all that God forbid should anyone suffer from a paralysis attack, its ideal treatment is not in allopathy but in herbal medicine. There is no better treatment than herbal treatment.

السلام علیکم میرا نام احسن ہے میں سٹوڈنٹ ہوں میری عمر 19 سال ہے رمضان 2018 مجھے ایسا لگتا تھا کہ میری طبیعت کچھ خراب ہے لیکن میں نے اتنا غور نہیں کیا اور میں نے سوچا کہ گرمیوں کی وجہ سے یہ سب ہو رہا ہے روزہ کھولنے کے بعد مجھے متلی محسوس ہوتی تھی تو میں سمجھتا تھا کہ زیادہ تلی ہوئی چیزیں کھانے کی وجہ سے ہو رہا ہے یا گرمی کی وجہ سے، میں نے اپنی صحت پر اتنا دھیان نہیں دیا اور ڈاکٹر سے رجوع نہیں کیا کچھ عرصے بعد ایک پکنک پر گیا اور وہاں سے آنے کے باد میں بیمار پڑ گیا پھر میں نے ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کیا انہوں نے بتایا کہ مجھے پیلیا ہے( Ref : Report 1 & 2 )ڈاکٹر نے مجھے کہا کہ آپ کو کمزوری ہو رہی ہے روز ڈرپ لگوائی ،میں نے تقریبا روز ایک ہفتے تک ڈرپ لگوائی اور میری طبیعت مسلسل خراب ہونے لگی۔پھر میں نے حکیم کا علاج شروع کروایا اور انہوں نے بھی مجھے کہا کہ یہ معمولی پیلیا ہے اتر جائے گا 2 سے 4 ہفتوں میں اور کچھ لوگوں نے مجھے مشورہ دیا کہ دم سے پیلیا جڑوائں میں نے مختلف جگہوں سے دم کروایا لیکن ان سے کچھ خاص فرق نہیں پڑا اور پیلیا بڑھتا جا رہا تھا میری آنکھوں اور جسم سے پیلا پن ظاہر ہو رہا تھا، جسم پر خارش ہونے لگ گئی تھی اور اس کی وجہ سے مجھے نیند نہیں آتی تھی،دن میں صرف دو سے چار گھنٹے سوتا تھا ،کافی خراب حالت ہو گئی تھی کمزوری کی وجہ سے زیادہ چلا پھرا نہیں جاتا تھا . پھر میں نے دوسرے حکیم سے رجوع کیا تو جب میرا پیلیا (Ref: Report 3&4, – 28 bilirubin ) تھا جو کہ میری صحت کے لیے خطرے کا باعث تھا ،وہاں سے ایک ہفتے علاج کروانے کے بعد میری طبیعت میں کچھ بہتری آنے لگی۔ انہوں نے مجھے مشورہ دیا کہ آپ حکیم ریحان کے پاس جائیں۔میں نے حکیم ریحان سے رجوع کیا انہوں نے مجھے دیکھ کر کہا کے آپ کا پیلیا بہت بڑھا ہوا ہے ۔جب میں ان کے پاس آیا تو میرا پیلیا (.18 .Bilirubin total ) تھا اور انہوں نے اپنے طریقے اعلاج سے مجھے پرہیز بتایا اور وہ ہر ہفتے میرا صبح کا پہلا قارورہ (پیشاب) دیکھتے تھے جو کہ ان کے طریقہ علاج میں شامل ہے ،بیس سے پچیس دنوں بعد حکیم صاحب نے ہفتہ وار میرے (LFT) ٹیسٹ کروانا شروع کر دیے جو کہ ہماری تسلی کے لئے کروائے گئے تھے ورنہ ان کا علاج (پیشاب) قارلورہ کو دیکھ کر تجویز کرنے کا ہے اور میری (LFT) کی رپورٹس نیچے مندرجہ ذیل ہیں جو کہ واضح بتا رہی ہیں کہ میرے پیلیا میں ہر ہفتے بہتری ای اور انہوں نے مجھے سخت پرہیز بتایا اور سختی سے عمل کرنے کا کہا میں نے وہ پرہیز سختی سے عمل کیا تقریبا ڈھائی مہینے،اور ان کے علاج اور اللہ کے فضل و کرم کی وجہ سے میری طبیعت میں بہتری آنے لگی،میرے علاج کو ختم ہوئے وے دو مہینے ہو چکے ہیں اور الحمدللہ میں صحتیاب ہو اور تقریبا ہر چیز کھا سکتا ہوں پراٹھا گھی چکنائی تیل وغیرہ مگر کچھ چیزوں سے ابھی بھی پرہیز ہے جیسے انڈا مچھلی اور گائے کا گوشت یہ کچھ عرصے تک منع ہے ان کے علاج کے ڈھائی مہینے بعد میرے (LFT) ٹیسٹ چل رہے ہیں تاکہ جو تھوڑا سا پیلیا باقی ہے اسے بھی مکمل طور پر ختم کرسکیں۔ یہ بہت بڑھا ہوا تھا اس وجہ سے اسے بہت وقت لگا ٹھیک ہونے میں اور اس کی بڑھنے کی وجہ بدپرہیزی اور زیادہ مقدار میں دوائیوں کا استعمال ہے اور یہ پیلیا مجھے پانچ مہینے تک رہا ،جس میں ڈھائی مہینہ مختلف جگہوں سے علاج کروایا اور ڈھائی مہینہ حکیم ریحان سے علاج کروایا اور اللہ کے فضل و کرم سے مجھے شفا ملی ۔اور پھر اس سے مجھے ایک بات سیکھنے کو ملی کے مشورے تو بہت لوگ دیتے ہیں لیکن ضروری نہیں ہے ہم ہر کسی کے مشورے پر عمل کریں اچھے بندے سے مشورہ لیں اور جب تک کسی ڈاکٹر سے مطمئن نہیں ہوتے اس سے اپنا علاج نہیں کروایں۔ میں نے تین جگہوں سے علاج کروایا اور جب چوتھی جگہ حکیم ریحان کے پاس گیا وہاں سے الحمدللہ مجھے شفا ملی۔

First of all thanks to Almighty Allah who is the merciful. This is sana age 21 i was the patient of thyroid ,While back to the day 12/04/2017 it was discovered that I am patient of hypothyroid. my condition was like gaining weight , mood swings, depression, stress attacks crying for no reason in other words life was stuck I went to a famous female doctor in a renown hospital in Karachi, She saw my reports and recommend me the treatment of hypothyroid which was to take the medicine for the life time as my thyroid result was 88.232 which was 100x more than the normal range (i.e 0.4 – 4.2) for a female, hearing the words “for the lifetime medication treatment”, I was shocked because those medicine was to only maintain the thyroid but there was also chances to create other problems/side effects too. To let know my dear friends I had been suffering from migraine for some past 12/15 years which got severe and complicated by anxiety issues and depression.

Every now and then I would develop swelling over my face and my eyes would pop out.
